Dear Parents/Guardians,

As in previous years, we are organising a Christmas raffle in conjunction with the Parent/Guardian Association. All of the money raised will be used to fund extra-curricular activities for the children.

Each family in the school is asked to complete and return one full raffle card. This year, I am asking all families who choose not to sell lines on the raffle cards to make a minimum donation of €10 to the school as all of the children will collectively benefit from the proceeds of this essential fundraiser.

The Parent/Guardian Association committee has organised the prizes which include an iPad mini, Philips Hi-Fi system and a number of vouchers. Each family will be given one ticket for the sellers’ draw for each €10 returned to the school for the fundraiser. First prize in the sellers’ draw is also an iPad Mini.

The draw will take place in the school assembly hall on Friday 19th December.

Last year the Christmas raffle raised €2929. We will be exceptionally grateful to the children and parents/guardians if we receive the same support again this year.
